Glenn was a lifelong asthma sufferer
until completing a Buteyko course in 2000, and has
been asthma and drug free ever since. He trained
as a practitioner to promote this revolutionary
approach to health and wellness.
In
eight years Glenn has helped over 1,500 people overcome
breathing related disorders including asthma, allergies,
hay fever, chronic bronchitis, frequent respiratory
infections, stress related conditions, panic attacks,
snoring, sleep apnoea, insomnia and chronic fatigue.
Glenn
has spoken at numerous conferences both nationally
and internationally and was part of a group of four
practitioners that travelled to Havana, Cuba in
2004 to train 14 practitioners and teach Buteyko
to 140 asthmatic children. Glenn’s work has
attracted media interest including a feature on
New Zealand television in 2006.
Glenn
is working with a growing number of medical practitioners
to have Buteyko incorporated into general practice.
He is committed to helping reduce the burden of
breathing disorders in New Zealand and worldwide.
